Rivergrove has become a highly desirable neighborhood which has 233 single-family homes located north of the new River Ridge development. 

The focus of the community is a passive park, which links Rivergrove's neighborhoods to the river via a linear pathway system along the Red River. The park contains fitness stations, children's play structures and the historic McBeth House in McBeth Park.  The trail system from River Ridge will extend north to connect to McBeth Park. 

A unique design feature is the incorporation of the flood protection dike into the lot design such that it becomes an integral part of landscape.
