Fifth Avenue Estates, Niverville, MB

Located 30 km south of Winnipeg, Fifth Avenue Estates is a master plan that has been designed to provide a variety of lot sizes and housing styles to meet the needs of the fast growing Niverville community. 

The Fifth Avenue Estates incorporates affordable housing units within the overall residential development. The plan's budget, size and design were achieved through consultation with Niverville Council members.  By providing a variety of housing types has allowed Fifth Avenue Estates to become Niverville premiere residential area for people starting a home to retirement. 

A system of interconnected lakes will wind its way throughout the neighbourhood alongside abundant green spaces and community trails. Play courts, docking facilities and an outdoor performance area are also integrated into the plan.
